Adult Membership Fees for 2017 

Running For Opens and Masters!

Whether you are a  runner,  former college athlete, or just looking to get into running – Liberty will help you meet your running goals, while increasing your speed, and decreasing your chance of injury. Liberty focuses on gradual increases in training tailored to each runner. Liberty, not only encourages goal setting, but also provides a unique supportive setting that is over 50 years old. Runners of all ages within the Boston area are encouraged to stop by one of Liberty’s practice prior to joining.

Liberty’s Membership includes

Track Workouts at Harvard University (outdoor track)

  • Spring/Summer/Fall – Harvard University Outdoor Track: Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. 
  • Winter – Boston University Indoor Track: Tuesdays 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Training Sessions: Training sessions will include warm-up drills and strengthening; runs and intervals tailored to the each runners’ current level of fitness; discussions about motivation, nutrition, and goal setting. 

Requirements: Membership in the USA Track and Field (see www.usatf.org to join).

Liberty Membership Fees (January 1 – December 31, 2017)

    • One year adult membership with coaching and facility use $225
    • One year adult membership with coaching outside of a 35 mile radius $175
    • One year adult membership without coaching $90

High School and College Summer Running for 2017 

Running For Girls 14 to 23!

Track Workouts at Harvard University (outdoor track)

  • Tuesdays 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. for 10 weeks

The Liberty Athletic Club, founded in 1948, is the first all-female running club in the country and continues to remain competitive locally and nationally in all age groups.

Why participate? Whether you’re at peak fitness or wanting to get there – are you a runner, tri-athlete, soccer player, or other athlete – Liberty will help you get faster while having fun during the summer months. Liberty focuses on gradual increases in training tailored to each runner and is structured on a creative, unpressured approach to speed training.

Training Sessions: Sessions will include drills; strengthening exercises; runs and intervals tailored to the girls’ current level of fitness; discussions about motivation, nutrition, and goal setting. We’ll conclude the season with an all-team barbecue.

Requirements: Membership to USA Track and Field (see www.usatf.org to join).
