Tuesday Night Practices – Spring/Summer/Fall Months – 6:30 p.m. Harvard University Outdoor Track, McCurdy Outdoor Track (145 N Harvard St, Boston)

Tuesday Night Practices – Winter Months 6:30 p.m. Boston University Indoor Track & Tennis Center – indoor track (100 Ashford Street, Boston)

Training 

Age Grading – Grading run times based on a series of age factors or standards to compare performances at different ages.  Even if you can’t expect to set another absolute PR (personal record) at a given distance, you can still achieve a higher age grade and therefore a higher performance.  The link to age-graded tables
